I was once told that every single person, man, woman or child are effected by the receiving of another, (of course that did not apply to me) then one day, an employee went to my husband and was telling him that I just did not seem my usual self all day, she suggested that he buy me flowers, she even volenteered to make some up for him to present to me. "If I gave her flowers, she would scream, she has all the flowers she needs right here in the shop, why would I do that?" Was his reply. After some intense conversation with my husband, he must have agreed, (if for no other reason but to quiet her.) Upon finishing my work in my office I came out to see the both of them standing there, Sarah, with a huge grin on her face and my husband, face all red and a look on his face as though he was appoligizing ahead of time. I said "What?" He then pulled flowers, in a beautiful vase from the table near by and said "these are for you" I replied "Oh Sarah, you should'nt have". Well needless to say, that went over like a lead balloon. Although, upon realizing they were from my husband, I began to sob, I felt like an important person, I felt loved and thought of, but in a different kind of way, I learned something about myself that day and I know, my husband did too. Dont ever think, for a second that when you give a gift of any kind, that it goes unfelt, everybody feels a feeling of there own, but non the less, are affected in a warm "I love you too" kind of way. And the same goes for the giving. This is one of the best yin-yang's we have on earth. The giving and then the receiving.
